He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that we had a great experience. His warm hospitality truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. When it comes to desserts, the French toast at Treatz is a must-try. Unlike the traditional breakfast version, this one is transformed into a luxurious dessert with a crispy golden exterior and a soft, fluffy inside. It was served with a generous drizzle of syrup, fresh fruits, and chocolate, making every bite absolutely indulgent. Another standout item was the Tiramisu cake, which was simply divine. The layers of rich espresso-soaked sponge, creamy mascarpone, and a dusting of cocoa created the perfect balance of flavors. It was not overly sweet, allowing the deep coffee notes to shine through beautifully. One of the great things about Treatz is that they are open until 12 AM, making it the perfect spot for a late-night dessert craving. However, if you are parking after 10 PM, be sure to register your car within 20 minutes to avoid any parking issues. Overall, Treatz in Parc Tawe Swansea is an excellent choice for dessert lovers. With quick service, amazing French toast, a delectable tiramisu cake, and the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Shoaib, it’s a place I would highly recommend. Outstanding Service and Delicious desert at Treatz. The desert was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Fazal so friendly and professional. He consistently goes above and beyond and truly makes every visit special. He's incredible!

The desert parlour is totally outstanding with lovely varieties and delicacies. We went to Swansea for 3 days and visited treatz every night on those 3 days.. The staffs were superb and caring. Thnx a lot for serving so yummy deserts.

Treats dessert is lovely and welcoming ice cream shop with pleasant services from the staff members. I will recommend this place for anyone or family. We had our feast as a family in Swansea branch and the staffs most especially Fazal were kind and receptive.

Slightly hidden behind other buildings in parc tawe, a spacious, clean vibrant dessert shop. Great customers service. Delicious desserts including variety of ice-cream flavors, milk shakes. Will be coming again soon.
